- Classes meet in person on campus; specific days/times/location

- Hybrid - Online Asynchronous & Online Synchronous (Zoom)
- A portion of the classes meet synchronous via Zoom or other resource and a portion is asynchronous online; there will be some specific days/times

- A portion of the classes meet in person on campus and a portion is asynchronous or synchronous online; there will be some specific days/times/locations

- Classes meet in both asynchronous online and in-person modes; specific meeting times and locations for in-person portions of classes are listed with each course

- Hyflex
- Combines online and 面对面的 instruction. Students may participate in different ways: online - synchronous, online - asynchronous, 面对面的, or as a flexible learner (student has a degree of choice as to how they participate each week).
- Flex
- Flex courses may provide students with the opportunity to meet in-person on campus, on the synchronous days and times already scheduled, if conditions allow.
- Imputed credits
- Imputed credits are developmental courses for students who need to prepare themselves for college-level work. They count toward financial aid requirements but do not count toward earned college credits or GPA.

- Classes are taught live from one campus location and broadcast to one or more additional campus locations. Cameras and microphones at all sites allow faculty and learners to see and talk with each other.
Students will discover career options within the tourism and hospitality industries. Coverage includes industry pioneers and their contributions; the different forms of industry businesses including independent, 链, 特许经营, and e-commerce; the daily functions of lodging and food service; and the role of customer service within the industry. Students will study the process of planning and putting into practice various activities involved in the marketing of products, 服务, 或思想, and analyze the theories involved in the flow of goods and 服务 from the producer to the consumer. The dynamic nature of the American economy requires students to demonstrate a knowledge of the marketing concept, buyer behavior, product analysis, pricing factors, institutions and channels of distribution, and promotional strategies.
